Harvey Arrowsmith is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with a proven track record in leasing, asset management, and sales across the industrial, logistics, and mixed-use sectors. Recently relocating from the UK to Australia, Harvey brings over five years of experience advising institutional landlords, developers, private investors, and occupiers on transactions across South London, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent.

Since joining Altus Group in 2019, Harvey has represented high-profile clients including Valor Real Estate, Columbia Threadneedle, Blackstone, SEGRO, and CBRE Investment Management. He began his career as a Graduate Surveyor, gaining valuable experience across Office Agency, Lease Consultancy, and Valuation before specialising in the industrial and logistics sector. In his commercial agency role, he has delivered standout results by securing new listings, negotiating complex leases, and achieving strong rental uplifts in challenging markets.

From February 2023 to November 2024, Harvey undertook a part-time secondment with Prologis UK as a client-side Leasing Consultant and asset manager, while continuing his role at Altus Group. He was part of the team responsible for the asset management, leasing, and marketing of a 500,000 sq. ft. business park and retail area in Kings Hill, Kent—refreshing marketing campaigns, reducing vacancy rates, and negotiating lease surrenders with tenants.

Harvey is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and holds a degree in Property Development & Planning from Oxford Brookes University (Upper Second-Class Honours). He is recognised for his market knowledge, strategic approach, and ability to deliver measurable value for clients.
